A Taste of Yuengling Beer Pairing Dinner

About the Beer Pairing

The host for the evening of fun, food and beer will be Ryan Kehler,  District Manager for D. G. Yuengling and Son. Look for 50/50 drawing, Tips, Silent Auctions and a real live Puppy Photo Booth!

Menu:

1st Course: Traditional frankfurters cooked in Yuengling Light Lager accompanied by onions caramelized in a beer/butter reduction. Yuengling Bacon and Cheese Rarebit cheese dip with tortilla chips. Paired with Yuengling Premium Beer

2nd Course: A freshly prepared spring mix salad with dried cranberries and pecans drizzled with a Lord Chesterfield Ale infused vinaigrette. Paired with DGY Lord Chesterfield Ale

3rd Course: Slow-roasted pork loin infused with a Yuengling Black and Tan Beer with a pan-reduced au jus. Light Lager baked beans cooked in a sweet and spicy sauce seasoned with bacon.  Garlic-herbed blab bla beer and butter roasted potatoes. Paired with Yuengling Lager

4th Course: Build-a-Brownie bar,Yuengling Porter-infused and a selection of toppers.

5th Course: Bar is open!  Special thanks to Valley Distributing of Fairmont and Fairmont Elks.

The Hearts of Gold Service Dog Training Program is in involved in research, training, and placement of service dogs with qualified individuals and groups. Recently, nine purpose-bred puppies were born that will eventually enter the service dog training program. Your support is crucial to helping us train and place these dogs with people in need!
